The lovely taste of figs! This balsamic is smooth, lightly rich and full of flavor. When this is paired with our Blood Orange Extra Virgin Olive Oil, it makes a delicious glaze for any type of pork. Also it goes very well with quite a few cheeses such as goat cheeses, Brie and a fresh Burrata, Italian cheese.
