Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar
This balsamic has a nice rich, sweet flavor. A salad with fennel, prosciutto and a hint of Meyer Lemon Olive Oil make a nice lush beginning to any meal. It makes a wonderful addition to a marinade and a glaze for lamb, duck, and beef.
